For two years in a row, Comview has received top customer satisfaction ranking in AOTMP’s annual TEM WMM Enterprise Client Satisfaction Study. In the most recent study, well over one thousand professionals across 644 different enterprises rated their Telecom Expense Management suppliers on overall customer satisfaction. While more than 100 suppliers were identified, only 22 of them qualified to be listed in the report. Of those listed, Comview ranked first among TEM suppliers supporting both fixed and wireless services.

And what did customers have to say? A lot of good things, including: that our service was second to none, our responsiveness was great, that our product is efficient and easy to use, and the list of accolades goes on.
