Comview was the first to offer Web-based Telecommunications Management Solutions beginning in 1999. While other industry firms have spent the better part of the last five years retooling to catch up, switching from customer premise software to a web based services, Comview has supported the service model since day one. Comview was early in the TEM market as well, working with customers as early as 2002 to provide enterprise TEM solutions for voice, data and wireless services through its association and partnership with industry leaders.

Founder John Perri is credited with designing one of the first Call Accounting systems in 1973. Since that time he has continued to remain at the forefront of innovation, both in terms of application sophistication and platform design.
