We're looking for individuals who are knowledgeable in all areas of cellular wireless billing including rate plans, procurement, optimization and audit. Ideally you will come from the wireless carrier space or large corporate environment in telecom/wireless.
You will work with customers and internal staff to coordinate, contribute to and manage monthly wireless and wireline projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Insure timely processing of customer wireless accounts.
- Obtain user information from customers.
- Coordinate with wireless carriers.
- Download carrier data from web sites or CD's to our servers.
- Review billing data for accuracy.
- Improve billing system by recommending system and information enhancements.
- Produce customer General Ledger imports by implementing bill runs; resolving run problems; verifying bill accuracy; resolving or escalating bill content problems; processing adjustments.
- Review bills for unusual changes in account charges.
- Update job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging practices and standards; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
